Late arrivals are addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on seating and aircraft availability. Reservations made at the heliport on the day of the tour forfeit the right to cancel after the payment has been made. A deposit may be required to guarantee seats. The maximum weight is 300 pounds (136 kilograms) per passenger. Passengers weighing over 250lbs, or 113 kg must purchase an additional seat. The scheduled duration of tours can vary based on flight routing, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions.

All passengers must pass through a metal detector security screening and present a valid government-issued ID for security purposes. Tour prices are subject to change without notice.
